Why GSE Hiring Matters?

In India, avg. cost of hiring is INR 2.4 lakhs and time is 71 days. Still, India is ranked 4th across the world in a bad hire by ET survey.

Traditionally, Hiring process involves the marketing of job description, collect over 100 resumes from various portals/agencies, read one by one, set up appointments, telephonic screening, face to face interviews & then reference verification. This process requires the involvement of 3–4 employees starting from HR to Partner.

Competitive companies have understood the need and launched ATS to manage the hiring process. Many of them are million dollars ventures. Still, companies need to keep aside avg. 18% of the annual budget for recruitment. The main reason is that ATS helps to track only, whereas GSE Hiring is running the whole process intelligently and automatically.

We have introduced Hirebot which works as an employee of the company who takes care of end to end hiring process. The process includes sourcing — resume reading — screening — interview — reference verification. As we automate the whole hiring process, it saves companies time and cost by min. 40%. Hirebot is beneficial to any companies even those who are hiring only one candidate, whereas the tracking systems are useful to companies or HR agencies who need to do min. 10+ hiring.

How Hirebot Works?

  1. Sources candidates by employee referral campaign, auto-posting to multiple job-board & SEO friendly career-site to company.
  2. Read resumes and rank them based on relevance.
  3. Screening and robotic interview, rank them based on performance.
  4. Compare candidates side by side and finalize the right one scientifically.

Until now, we have implemented with companies like MAPRO, Vishwakarma Group, Cosmos bank and found that companies conduct the final interview from only top 5 candidates instead of doing of first 60 candidates as they used to do in the past.

We provide hirebot to companies as freelancer (i.e. hire as per demand) or as an employer (i.e. monthly basis). We charge average INR 9000–45000 per month as per the size of the company. In return, we make sure that companies will save time and cost by min. 40% along with the cost of any bad hire.

Social impact :
Wrong hire and delay in hiring are the crucial factor that impacts directly to employer’s satisfaction, company growth, start-up survivor and ultimately India’s GDP. It can be only solved by bringing intelligence into hiring.

Rohit Shah, Alumnus IIT Kharagpur. He is a founder of company Buyhatke, the search engine of e-commerce who is currently serving 5.5 million customers every month. Buyhatke has raised series A funds from Beenos, a Japanese firm. His cofounder, Shivika Agrawal, Researcher IIT Bombay, She has worked strongly in technology transfer having network across Industry. We have established the GSE Lab at Vishwakarma University. Both the founders have featured in news-papers including Livemint, Economic Times for their past work.
